You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
In the case of an order consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by using the withdrawal function available on our website within your customer account and relating to the order concerned.
Alternatively, the withdrawal notice may be sent by email to EnergyBalance SA at hello [at] energybalance.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
The goods should be returned properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, in order to avoid damage during transport. Goods damaged during transport due to inadequate packaging may be excluded, in whole or in part, from reimbursement.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, including any standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us shall not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
For this reason, food supplements, oral-use products, cosmetics or other sealed goods intended for health or hygiene purposes may only be returned if they are intact, unopened and with the original seal unbroken.
