Payment Methods

We offer a selection of secure and reliable payment methods. For orders placed in the European shop, the following payment options are available:

Payment by Credit Card

You can pay for your order conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.

Your credit card will be charged automatically during the checkout process. Your payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and processed through a secure payment environment.

Payment by PayPal

You can also pay safely and conveniently with PayPal.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. There you can log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment. Depending on availability, PayPal may also offer additional payment options within your PayPal account.

After successful receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany. As with all payment methods, you will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail for PayPal orders.

Payment in Advance / Bank Transfer

If you choose payment in advance, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail after submitting your order. This confirmation will also include our bank details.

Please make sure to include your order number as the payment reference, so that we can correctly assign your payment to your order.

Please note that, depending on the bank, it may usually take 2–3 working days for the payment to reach us. For international payments, the processing time may be longer.

After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Payment by cash on delivery is not available.

Invoice

You will receive your invoice by e-mail. The statutory VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
