Most important properties of the herbs contained
Valerian alleviates restlessness during the day and in the evening and promotes a feeling of relaxation.
Hawthorn is a plant that is described as balancing.
The same applies to lemon balm, a plant that is often recommended to calm the mind - especially at the end of the day when the day's tasks have been completed.
The California poppy (eschscholzia), whose aerial parts are often used in extracts and herbal teas, is said to have protective properties. Eschscholzia is also rich in iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium.
According to the therapeutic indications of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental function.
Orange blossom has a pleasant effect.
Lime blossom is considered calming and supports the natural defense system; well-being is an ideal to which we are naturally inclined.

Use
Shake and spray into the mouth 5 times a day before going to bed.
Jet-lag: 5 sprays the day of leaving and for few days following arrival.
Protect from sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place (15-25° C / 59-77° F).
