The two groups tocopherols and tocotrienols have the same core structure, but differ in their side chains. Both therefore have a similar structure, but also some differences, and therefore have different properties and benefits for our health. For this reason, it is important to consume both forms of vitamin E - tocopherols and tocotrienols - in sufficient quantities. Factor X, or vitamin E
