MSM is naturally found in rainwater, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Sulfur, in organic bonds, is indeed an important component of many enzymes, cartilage, protein-rich tissues, and other structures in the body. Use
Switzerland: dissolve 1 heaped measuring spoon (= 1 g) in 150-200 ml (5-7 fl.oz) of water, tea or juice and drink.
