Pay comfortable by Invoice within 20 days (Only valid for swiss customers)

Advance payment
With advance payment, you receive confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. With your confirmation, you will also find our account information. Please be sure to include your order number with your payment, so that we can allocate your payment to the correct order. Your delivery will then immediately be sent on its way.  Please note that, depending on the credit institute, payment can take 1-3 days to reach our account. Payments coming from outside of Germany may take up to 5 workdays to clear. In accordance with EU regulations, there will be no additional charges on payments from foreign countries made using the SEPA standard. Payment by credit card
The card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Your credit card details are securely encrypted and sent using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedures. We comply with the latest safety standards. EnergyBalance is annually audited for credit card-transaction security by the independent certification agency "Acertigo". Please find the certificate here. All transactions in your shopping-cart are additionally secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code offers an additional method of securely processing credit card transactions on the Internet. You don't have to install any additional software on your computer. All customers, whether registered with Verified by VISA or. MasterCard Secure Code or not, will be automatically forwarded to their bank's homepage during the payment process. There you will be asked to confirm the amount of payment by entering your personal PIN number or code.  Upon successful verification, you will immediately receive our confirmation of your order.

Customers who have not been verified will also be automatically forwarded to their bank's homepage. Registration with your bank is only necessary once and is valid for all future purchases made on the Internet. Your bank will request that you identify yourself. After doing so, you will be assigned a freely configurable PIN.

Information
An invoice will be sent with every delivery. This can be found within your package. Statutory value added tax is listed separately on the invoice.
